How and when should I book the tour?Booking is done online on our website. Secured payment gateway via PayPal, accepts all major credit cards. We need at least 24 hours advance booking or as early as possible, we have full refund cancellation policy. We may not have tour everyday, we require advance booking to secure a tour guide for you.

Suitable age group for Marina Bay Night Tour?Marina Bay Scoot Tour travel on wide footpath throughout, safe and easy. We have many 8-68 years old doing it without any problem. As long as you can cycle, you can scoot.

Can I pillion my child?Yes. You may pillion your child. Only for 3-7 years old is allowed to pillion, as older kids are taller and will obstruct rider's view and controlling of the E-scooter making it unsafe to ride. We highly recommend to use E-scooter with seat for pillioning which is safer to keep child in between rider's legs and also able to use your feet to stablise the E-scooter if you need to brake hard. Please note that pillion is consider as 1 guest for the tour.

When should i go for the tour during my stay in Singapore?Highly recommended to do on your first or second day of your stay. Save your walking and let us bring you around on an electric scooter.

What if it rains?Rain usually don't last more than 30mins in Singapore. We wait for the rain to stop and on days that the rain persist, we will have to postpone to a later time or next day.

Cancellation policyIf you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
