Customer is fully aware that riding a bicycle on streets poses a risk of accident due to motorists, pedestrians, and road conditions, and rider must keep a proper lookout to avoid such accidents.

Customer shall remain liable for any liability, property damage, personal injury, injury to others, damages, penalties, fines, losses, and/or expenses of any kind whatsoever.

Customer is fully responsible for his/her own risk and hereby releases the operator of any responsibilities/liabilities of any injury and/or losses including death.
If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Note that any refund is subject to deduction of expenses already incurred (e.g. activity & transport reservations) and the decision of the company for refund is final.
